Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the preschool's budget, financial operations, resource management, and partnership development to support the delivery of high-quality education and services.
supervise and mentor staff, including teachers, administrative staff, and support staff, and provide ongoing professional development to ensure a high level of competence, commitment, and engagement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the preschool's operations, curriculum, and outcomes, and develop data-driven plans for improvement.
Provide exceptional leadership and management to the center to ensure high-quality education, effective administration and safe & nurturing environment
Implement and maintain effective administrative systems, including enrolment, attendance, reporting, and record-keeping, and ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Requirement
Graduate in any stream, Preferably in education/ ECCE
At least 2 years of experience as a center manager, handling admission sales for any education product. Preferably school/ preschool admissions. Only female
Pleasing Personality, Impressive communication skills. Language proficiency - English, regional Language, Hindi
Deep understanding of child development, learning theories, and pedagogical approaches, and experience in curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation.
