Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager located in Mumbai. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations of the learning center, ensure the smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities, and maintain high standards of education and student satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with trainers, addressing student concerns, developing and implementing center strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Center Manager will work closely with the regional head to achieve organizational goals and maintain the center's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

Experience in Staff Management, Administrative Oversight, and Center Operations

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Experience in Educational Administration and Student Relationship Management

Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for center growth and efficiency

Proficiency in handling operational challenges and solving issues effectively

Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field is preferred

Experience in the education/training industry is a plus

High level of self-motivation
