Center Coordinator will be responsible for daily operations of the center and making sure that center runs smoothly.
Job Description
- Get quotes & approvals for purchase of equipment
- Monitor inventory of office supplies
- Reporting accounting information to Accounting team
- Prepare and document procedures for Trainers and Students (facilitate new Student/Teacher Orientation)
- Active involvement in organizing events
- Manage walk in enrollments for center
- Understand and train teachers and students with all SMA mobile apps
- Allocate teachers for conducting classes
- Optimum utilization of teacher availability
- Checklist for a center that is clean and uphold branding guidelines
- Checklist for center operations/class timings etc
- Liaise with quality team and drive student satisfaction survey
- Track re-enrolments and highlights concerns if any
- Track teacher performance at the Center and raise red flags if any (like late coming etc) to Quality team
- Intimate HR regarding teacher requirements if demand is seen increasing
