Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a skilled Centering Specialist to join our construction team in Lithuania. As a Centering Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and dismantling formwork systems, ensuring they are sturdy and precise to support concrete structures during the construction process. Your expertise in formwork and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the structural integrity of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Formwork Setup: Erect and dismantle formwork systems for concrete structures according to engineering plans and specifications.

Layout and Measurement: Measure and mark surfaces to guide the proper placement and alignment of formwork.

Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials for formwork construction and ensure their proper preparation and installation.

Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, protocols, and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents.

Quality Control: Inspect and adjust formwork to ensure it is level, plumb, and accurately aligned.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain formwork tools and equipment, such as scaffolding, props, and jacks.

Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals, including carpenters, concrete workers, and project managers, to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Centering Specialist or Formwork Carpenter in construction projects.

In-depth knowledge of formwork systems and techniques.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.

Proficiency in using formwork tools and equipment.

Strong physical endurance and ability to lift heavy objects.

Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
