a) Focus on continuously enhancing patients’ experience through interaction & handle patient grievances.

b) Manage relationships with doctors & paramedical staff to provide seamless service delivery.

c) Ensure service in proactive & responsive manner in person/telephone/electronic media.

d) Overall responsible for staff grievances & roster.

e) Ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards.

f) Tie- Ups with the other hospitals and Govt. Agencies.
