Job Description:

• Handling web based queries, walk-in queries

• Maintain the quality service at center at all point of time

• Meet with members to resolve issues, process member onboarding and exits.

• Take responsibility for co-working space sales and community management.

• Work along side the sales team in achieving sales target.

• Onboard new clients and introduces them to the center and facilities.

• Collect monthly feedback from customers
