Job Responsibilities

• Center Administration and Management in Skil Development Projects.

• Planning and Execution for Timely Mobilization of the Candidates to Meet Target Numbers and Deadlines, for all the Courses/projects

• Creating Discount Plans, Appointing Contractual Mobilization Agents for the Market, and Negotiating and Documenting the Payouts of Commission

• Documentation of all Training Records

• Government Portal Handling (mis) At Indore Center

• Maintaining Track Record and Monitoring of the Training in Respect of Quality of the Training, Trainers’ Performance, Etc.

• Planning and Execution of Student Engagement Activities (industry Visits, Guest Lectures, Festival Celebrations) in Order to Ensure Candidate Retention

• Working Closely with Placement and Project Team to Ensure Candidates Get Placed and Ensure Compliance of Work Orders of the Departments

• Handling Grievances of Students, Parents, Vendors, Agents, Etc.
