HANDLING INQUIRIES (over telephone and walk-ins)
1. Extending a warm welcome to the student (and/ or parents).
2. Providing them with the General Inquiry Form,
providing all the information sought precisely to the students.
3. Counseling Students (and/ or parents) about courses and programs offered by the institute.
4. Provoking students to ask questions that reveal the strengths, making them understand all the points and get inquiries converted into admissions.
5. Following up students for Registration and Balance Fee.
6. Keeping a record of sold application form and documentation of enrolled students.
7. Assist students in documentation and completion of admissions formalities for the courses and programs.
8. Ensuring students leaves with a Positive Word of Mouth which brings more potential students.
9. Coordinating with reporting managers and keep them posted regarding sale of application forms, registrations, fee payments, etc.
10. Maintaining reports of all the work done on regular basis.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
1. Clarifying doubts in filling up of form or doubts of any other nature.
2. Receiving the completed and verified forms from the students.
3. Coordinating with students for their account details and help them in further formalities.
ADMISSION FEE PAYMENTS FOLLOW-UP
1. Following up and confirming the receipt of the payments.
2. Offering to clear doubts of parents and students with respect to the payments.
3. Co-ordination with different departments for various activities related to admission process.
4. Minimum monthly achievement of 5 registrations + 10 application forms
