responsibilities & Duties

• responsible for Running the Center as a Profit Center and Handling the Collection of the Center and Making the P/l Sheet for Each Session.

• managing the Activities of a Team, Accountability for Building and Maintaining all Training Schedules, Milestones, Dates, Costs and Strategies.

• ensuring that the Technical Team is Fully Trained and that Any Further Training Needs are Identified to Achieve Business Goals.

• develop Training Programs According to Approved Methodology.

• responsible for Evaluating Feedback By Using Prescribed Format and Enhanced the Effectiveness of Future Trainings Thereof.

• analyzing Weekly/monthly Reports of All-around Working of the Institute.

• imparted Training Sessions for Various Organizations.

• responsible for the Placements of the Students.

• maintain Relationships with the Corporates for Placements.

qualifications & Skills

• candidate Should Possess Extensive Knowledge of Course Development, Instructional Design, and Resource Coordination.

• the Candidate Must Be Professionally Qualified with Excellent People Management Skills.
