Key Responsibilities:
Report regularly to the Regional Business Manager on business plan execution, revenue/financial results, and operational issues.
Manage operations: staffing, customer service, expenditure & accounts, statutory compliance, and security & safety.
Build business through sales executives – organize community camps, health awareness programs, enrollment drives; attract leading consultants to practice at the Cradle, etc.
Take initiative to solve daily operational issues, HR matters, sales challenges, etc.
Responsible for staff scheduling including work assignments/rotations, employee training, vacations, overtime assignments, backup for absent employees, shift rotations, etc.
Provide excellent customer service, manage external & internal relations, and promote a sales and service culture through personal example, coaching, and staff motivation.
A minimum of 6 years of experience is required in this field.
Manage a unit with a projected business of 20 crores.
Desired Profile:
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
Capable of managing around 20 employees including medical technicians, nurses, front office, accounts & sales executives.
Entrusted with 3000 sq. ft. of prime retail space and over Rs. 3 crore of investment.
Skilled in attracting and managing doctors who practice at the clinic.
Proficient in identifying areas for improvement.
Possesses strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
At least three years experience as a Branch Manager/Centre Manager in a reputed healthcare organization/profit centre (with P&L responsibility).
Manpower management skills are essential.
Education:
Graduate. Preferably a degree in Healthcare/Hospital Administration or Business.
