Job Description

1. Maintain customer information.

2. Client Retention

3. Greet persons entering organization, direct persons to correct destination

4. Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

5. Receive and sort mail and deliveries

6. Hygiene maintenance of the centre

7. Accounts & Appointments cross check

8. Maintenance of the centre requirements

9. Completing of the works given by organizing

10. Manage all processes and staff

11. Develop and enhance current processes and staffs skill set to improve customer care satisfaction.

12. Train the therapists for continuous improvement.

13. Induct new staff and monitor their training.

14. Monitor revenue & expenses of the clinic

15. Good communication and language skills. Fluency over at least 2 of 3 languages Hindi, English, and other

16. Ability to organize, manage and lead a team of trained staff.
