Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Admission Counselor/Centre Coordinator to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding potential students through the admissions process, explaining our courses, and ensuring maximum enrollments.

Responsibilities-

-Provide accurate information and resolve student queries regarding course structure, fees, duration, etc

-Maintain records of all interactions and follow-ups in Excel.

-Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure conversions

-Coordinate with the students and teachers to optimize outreach strategies.

- Manage daily operational activity of the centre.
