As a CCTV and IT Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and operating our CCTV systems while also providing IT support to our team. You will monitor and analyze the performance of our surveillance systems, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained. In addition, you will assist in the installation and configuration of new CCTV systems and will work closely with our IT team to provide technical support and assistance.

Responsibilities

Total 1-3 Years

Monitor and analyze the performance of CCTV systems on a daily basis

Troubleshoot any issues with CCTV systems and take appropriate corrective action

Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of all CCTV equipment

Install and configure new CCTV systems as required

Collaborate with our IT team to provide technical support and assistance

Train staff on the proper use and maintenance of CCTV equipment

Conduct regular audits of existing CCTV systems to identify any vulnerabilities or areas for improvement

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking principles

Proficiency in the use of CCTV software and related equipment

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
