Job Description: CCTV Operator

Role Overview:

The CCTV Operator will monitor and maintain surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets. This includes operating and managing CCTV cameras, recording systems, and reporting any suspicious activities or incidents to the relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CCTV systems effectively.

Observe and report unusual or suspicious activities promptly.

Record, store, and retrieve footage as required.

Maintain logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.

Ensure all cameras and equipment are functioning properly; report technical issues for timely resolution.

Coordinate with security teams or law enforcement during emergencies.

Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in operating CCTV or security systems.

Basic technical knowledge of surveillance equipment.

Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Work Hours: Flexible, including shifts, weekends, and holidays, depending on operationalneeds.
