Urgent HIRING for FIRE ALARM, CCTV, ACCESS ENGINEER

Job Description

Maintain, troubleshoot, commissioning, repairs, install and inspect fire alarm control panel addressable and Conventional, fire suppression system, CCTV, Access control & PA system.

Identify hazards, defects or in case of any repairs for smoke/heat detectors, PA, CCTV, Access.

Performs other general building maintenance tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Maintenance and repair of fire alarm, PA, Access, CCTV, Access, suppression systems and equipments..

Knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations and ordinances.

Operates drills, conduit benders, drill presses, cable pullers, meters (volt, OHM, AMP and Meg), hand drills, hand tools and power tools.

Ability to read blueprints and schematics, diagnostic program and other applicable diagnostic software and equipment.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determines the kind of maintenance needed.
