Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Building relationships with potential clients and maintaining existing clients’ relationships

 Presenting and selling catering services to potential clients

 Working with clients to understand their catering needs and suggest suitable options

 Developing and proposing detailed catering event proposals, including menu selections, seating arrangements, and decor details

 Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients

 Coordinating with the kitchen staff, service staff and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of events

 Ensuring all catering services meet health and safety standards.

 To achieve Sales Targets set.
