Cash Handling:
Accurately handle and process cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Transaction Management:
Process sales transactions quickly and efficiently.
Verify the accuracy of prices, discounts, and other charges.
Head Cashier Duties:
Supervise and guide junior cashiers, providing training and support as needed.

Reconciliation and Reporting:
Perform daily cash reconciliations and prepare necessary reports.

Inventory Management:
Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.

Maintaining Cleanliness and Order:
Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
