1. cases Intervention:
a) communicate with Central Call Centre On Cases Pertaining to Emergency Cases in Rescue of Minor Girls and Children and Subsequently Conduct Follow Ups.
b) conduct Community Visits and Home Visits On Regular Basis Along with Team Members and Community Volunteers.
c) facilitate Admission of Children in Children Home in Coordination with Cwc
d) conduct Case Presentations to Child Welfare Committee as and When Required
e) arrange for Medical Support to Children in Need of Medical Care and Support Through Bmc
f) conduct Workshops, Meetings, Open House Sessions and Awareness Programs About the Program
g) support the Implementation of Activities of Childline in the Assigned Geographical Area
2. documentation :
a) maintain and Update Various Intervention Cases Records.
b) monthly Reconciliation of Ccc (central Call Centre) Data.
c) assist the Project Officer for Preparation of Monthly Report of Childline/ccdt, and Grant Application Report.
d) maintain Daily Diary and Monthly Reporting.
3. office Administration:
a) maintain and Regular Update of Staff Attendance.
b) maintain and Update of Stock Registers.
c) maintain and Update Staff Leave Record in Coordination with Po and Admin. At Ho.
d) assist the Project Officer On Monthly Expenses and other Related Accounts.
e) provide Childline Project Orientation to Visitors and other Staff, And, Coordinate and Communicate with other Projects in the Absence of Project Officer
4. assist and Support to other Childline Partners:
a) network with Allied Partners
b) coordinate and Collate Cases Reports from Central Call Centre
