Roles: CASA Sales Officer
Requirements:
Education: Any degree.
Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in any field of sales.
Age: Maximum 32 years.
Location: Pan India (all metro and tier 1 cities).
Two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
Administer and ensure compliance with all sales practices in the branch
Maintain the productivity of the sales officers (SOs)
Meet the business targets
Identify sales opportunities
Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
Generate leads for new business and customers
Acquisition of New Clients (NTB) through external individual efforts for Current Account, Savings Account Products of the bank.
Customers are to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates.
Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, and Cost Efficiency Through adherence to products, processes, and regulatory requirements
Handhold acquired customers for the initial 3-month period to deepen relationship values before passing it to the Branch Banking team
Conducts regular promotional and customer events to generate leads
Secondary Responsibilities:
Maintain a high degree of market awareness and understanding of customer needs.
Collaborate with other branch departments and functions to provide products and service offerings to ensure customer centricity.
