Tool Maintenance: Ensure that tools are in good working condition and report any issues to the Lead Carpenter.
Material Handling: Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of job sites, including cleaning and organizing the area, and setting up and taking down temporary structures.
Installation Assistance: Provide assistance in the installation of a variety of structures, such as walls, roofs, decks, and floors.
Measurement and Marking: Accurately measure and mark materials, ensuring that cuts are precise and meet the specifications of the project.
Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets the quality standards set by the Lead Carpenter.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of protective equipment and the proper handling of tools and materials.
Clean-Up: Participate in cleaning up job sites at the end of each day and upon completion of the project.
Collaboration: Work effectively with the Lead Carpenter and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
