Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with experience in working with sustainable materials to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eco-friendly craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail. As a Carpenter at Adithya Lamps, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling custom, sustainable lighting fixtures, working closely with our designers and production team to create beautiful and functional lighting products for residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Custom Carpentry: Build and assemble eco-friendly lighting fixtures, including wooden frames, stands, and elements for table lamps, floor lamps, wall-mounted fixtures, and pendant lights.

Material Expertise: Work primarily with sustainable materials, including wood, rattan, banana fiber, and other eco-friendly substances, ensuring the designs maintain their artistic integrity while being environmentally responsible.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers and project managers to bring conceptual designs to life, ensuring quality, sustainability, and functionality in each piece.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans to precisely measure, cut, and assemble materials to spec.

Quality Craftsmanship: Ensure all lighting fixtures are crafted to the highest standards, with
