Cargo Supervisor (Full Time)

Regional transport market knowledge including equipment, port and airport operations relevant restrictions and regulations

Coordinates and monitors the safety, technical performance, and cost of the contract

Develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of managers and other employees

Responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget

Setting the QR Cargo pricing policy and the guidelines for the entire network, In addition to monitoring the execution of these policy and guidelines by the cargo sales organization

Steering the Regions and the Global Sales organization to sell the right flows on the various O&Ds (origins-destinations) and at the right price, in order to maximize the network margin

Manage the overall allocation planning process

Ensure alignment with the operations teams on contingency actions, clear communication and information to sales and customer service

Define project scope and project timeline

Maintain and take ownership of part of the project plan which is within your scope
