Customer Service and Passenger Handling:

Oversee the provision of excellent customer service to passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation.

Ensure that ground staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in their interactions with passengers.

Address passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Implement measures to enhance the passenger experience and promote customer satisfaction.

Safety and Security Compliance:

Age - 18 to 35 years

Education - 10 th / 12th or Graduation from a recognized university , Well groomed

Fresher or experienced applicant can apply
