Job Description –
a. Contact potential customer(leads) to inform them about our packages using scripts
b. Influence prospects to buy packages by following script to explain packageUSPs and benefits
c. Carefully listen to the prospects and address their query accordingly
d. Answer questions about packages or the company services
e. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close deals
f. Direct prospects to the website when needed or make them speak with seniors
g. Enter and update customer information in the CRM
h. Take prospect details accurately& cross verify
i. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
j. Meet the monthly targets allocated by the organization
k. All leads to be disposed in CRM accurately and correctly, to enable correct information in reports and dashboards
l. Ensure daily/weekly & monthly input productivity
m. Generate references of potential customers to establish relationships
n. Gain solid knowledge of competitors
