Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate an individual's skills, interests, and values
Help individuals explore potential career paths and identify suitable job opportunities
Provide advice and guidance on job search strategies, including networking and online job searches
Assist with resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and salary negotiation
Provide information on educational and training opportunities to support career goals
Stay current on industry trends and job market demands to provide relevant and up-to-date advice
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress
Collaborate with other professionals, such as recruiters and human resource managers, to develop job opportunities and build networks
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Freshers /1 years of experience in career counseling or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Knowledge of career assessment tools and techniques
Familiarity with job search strategies and resources
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
