 Support outreach coordinators in clarifying and documenting youth aspirations.

 Conduct individual and group career guidance/preparation sessions for youth in community and

institutional settings to help making appropriate career choices

 Support youth in accessing youth services (psycho social support, sexual reproductive health)

 Regular follow up with youth through digital tracking, phone calls, and community visits to

ensure sustainability

 Update and maintain the youth journey tracker database

 Man the ‘youth helpline’

 Contributing to program design, review and implementation of ongoing project

 Meet the project targets and goals consistently
