Responsibilities and Duties

Key responsibilities

• Counselling process: Generating Leads, Attending Walk-ins & Maintaining Activity Reports

• Follow ups of Tele, Online & Walk-in inquiries & Converting them into Admissions

• Achieving the defined Billing & Collection target on Monthly basis

• Student Batch Management & Fee Collection

• Faculty Batch Scheduling

• Sending Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to Director

• Organizing Events/Seminars/Workshops for new inquiries as well as current students

• Inventory Management of Inquiry Forms, Enrolment Forms, Brochures, and Books etc.
