The candidate should be able to counsel students and their parents about our organization and programs.

The candidate should at least have a Bachelors's degree preferably with Psychology and with relevant experience to help students navigate through the most critical part of their life.

Should be comfortable in conducting telephonic, face to face and video counseling sessions with students and parents.

Guiding them through the basics of their Personalized career plan.

Suggesting and formulating the best options with respect to courses and career options based on their report.

Debriefing the principal or key personnel in the school.
