Responsibilities
ï‚· Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research
on target clients
ï‚· Converting Job Assistant Clients
ï‚· Generating Revenue for the company.
ï‚· New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
ï‚· Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
ï‚· Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
ï‚· Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets
ï‚· Experience with lead generation and prospect management
ï‚· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential
customers
ï‚· Persuasive and goal-oriented
ï‚· Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
ï‚· Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
ï‚· High school degree or equivalent
ï‚· Four years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or
related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
ï‚· Excellent analytical and time-management skills
ï‚· Demonstrated and proven sales results
ï‚· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
