Role and Responsibilities
This role requires the candidate to work as Career Counsellor providing support for Overseas Education services. This role will report to Manager Operations.
Counsel experienced professionals on the appropriate executive educational courses based on their academic and professional experience and interest
Handle incoming queries on phone, email, and office walk-ins.
Make outgoing calls, send e-mails to follow up with interested students/candidates and counsel them on executive courses
Maintain and update the database of all the inquiries
Any other activity that may be required to build good student/candidate relationships.
Maintain daily individual work tracker
Fee tracking and follow up
Work Experience:
2-4 years of Work Experience preferably in Knowledge, Service Industry.
Freshers with excellent Academics track record and good Communication Skills are encouraged to apply
Candidate Qualification:
Male/Female both profiles can be considered.
Fresher Graduates having 60% and above in 10th, 12th and in Bachelors desirable
Should be a quick learner and should be able to multi task.
Good team player within a target-driven environment.
Engineering graduates will be preferred.
