We are seeking a motivated, passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a *Career Counsellor [Inside Sales]* . In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with information about our institution, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational future.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct informative and engaging virtual presentations and campus tours to showcase our institution and its programs.
- Build rapport with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals and preferences.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to students throughout the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets by effectively communicating the value of our institution and its programs to prospective students.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admissions process and positive experience for students.
- Meet Sales Target on week-on-week basis.
- Computer Proficiency is a must.
Note:
- Roaster weekly Off (One day) 6 Day working environment
- No leaves allowed during probation period (3 Month Probation)
- Office timing: 10:00 AM till 7:00 PM (Work from office Model)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or admissions counseling preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
