Designation: Career Counsellor (Inside Sales)

Qualification: Any Graduate must

Location: Across India (Work from Home)

Experience: - Fresher – 5 years

Salary: LPA CTC + performance-based incentives. Note: 1st 2 months will be intern with 15K Stipend

Language: Excellent Verbal & Written communication in English + any regional Language

Proficiency in Language - Malayalam

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as a mentor and guide for potential learners.

Counseling learning prospects, providing career advice, and explaining the benefits of Programs.

Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of Programs.

Taking responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.

Maintaining a detailed database of interactions and providing constant feedback on lead quality to the respective team.

Meeting weekly revenue and enrolment targets.
