Job Brief: We are looking for an empathetic career counsellor to aid our clients with deciphering and selecting their preferred career trajectories. The career counsellor will be required to uncover clients' prominent and latent strengths, administer and score aptitude measures, and then confer with clients to deliberate findings obtained. You should also prepare clients for entry into their preferred disciplines.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspecting clients' career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.

Proposing career-related options that are congruent with your substantiated insights.

Pinpointing and informing clients of potentially helpful career-related opportunities.

Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.

Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

Generation of leads through tele-calling.

Counselling students and working professionals.

Responsible for B2C and B2B.

Achieving individual targets.

Requirements: 2 to 3 years of work experience.

Proven experience as Telecalling executives/ Academic counsellors.

Willing to work in sales and tele calling.

Persuasive and goal-oriented.

Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and MIS management.

Strong verbal & written communication skills, with experience in presenting to partners and stakeholders.

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

Flexibility & Adaptability to change.

A desire to commit & grow in the channel management field.

Responsible for meeting business targets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelors/Master’s degree in business or related field.

Basic computer knowledge is must like Excel, Word, MIS, Mail.

Salary: ₹15, - ₹19, per month
