key responsibilities:

• conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with suspected cardiovascular conditions.

• interpret and analyze test results, such as ecgs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and other diagnostic tools.

• develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle changes, and surgical interventions if necessary.

• perform and assist in various cardiological procedures, including angioplasty, pacemaker insertions, and heart catheterizations.

• collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, surgeons, and nurses, to coordinate patient care.

• educate patients and their families on managing heart conditions and preventing cardiovascular diseases.

• stay current with the latest advancements in cardiology and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.

• participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.

qualifications:

• mbbs degree with a specialization in cardiology (md, dm, or equivalent).

• valid medical license to practice in tamil nadu.

• a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a cardiologist, preferably in a hospital setting.

• proficiency in cardiology procedures and the use of diagnostic tools.

• strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
