Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with suspected cardiovascular conditions.
Interpret and analyze test results, such as ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and other diagnostic tools.
Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle changes, and surgical interventions if necessary.
Perform and assist in various cardiological procedures, including angioplasty, pacemaker insertions, and heart catheterizations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, surgeons, and nurses, to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and their families on managing heart conditions and preventing cardiovascular diseases.
Stay current with the latest advancements in cardiology and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
Qualifications:
MBBS degree with a specialization in Cardiology (MD, DM, or equivalent).
Valid medical license to practice in Tamil Nadu.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Cardiologist, preferably in a hospital setting.
Proficiency in cardiology procedures and the use of diagnostic tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
