Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and used cars, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess customer needs and preferences

- Show and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits

- Negotiate prices and terms of sale

- Complete sales paperwork.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in automobile sales.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong customer service skills

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with sales software

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- 2+years of sales experience

- Experience with CRM software

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
