Responsibilities –
• solid Knowledge of Online Marketing Tools and Hands On Experience in Sem, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Crm Software, Marketing Database, Email, and Social Media.
• develop and Manage the Execution of Compelling, Forward - Thinking Marketing Strategies Across Real Estate Domain.
• oversee and Understand Multiple Campaigns While Analytical and Strategic Mindset from a Day to Day Standpoint.
• designing and Implementing Successful Digital Marketing Campaigns On Google, Facebook, Youtube, Quora, Linkedin, and Twitter.
• ability to Run Native Ads On Publisher Platforms.
• evaluate Important Metrics to Increase Our Website Traffic, Search Words/keywords, and Target Audience.
• identify the Latest Trends and Technologies Affecting Our Industry.
• utilize Strong Analytical Ability to Evaluate End-to-end Customer Experience Across Multiple Channels and Customer Touch Points.
• brainstorm New and Creative Growth Strategies. Instrument Conversion Points and Optimize User Funnels.
• measure and Report Performance of all Digital Marketing Campaigns, and Assess Against Goals (roi and Kpis).
• create a Pipeline of High-value Direct Performance Campaigns.
• monitor Delivery Results Regularly to Ensure Monthly Revenue Targets are Achieved.
• collaborate with Internal and External Cross-functional Teams to Drive Priorities.
• work Closely with the Delivery Team to Ensure Delivery of all Campaigns as per Clients’ Requirements.
