We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Camera Surveillance Operator to ensure the safety and security of our restaurant premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring live video feeds, managing surveillance equipment, and ensuring the protection of staff, guests, and restaurant property. This role is essential for maintaining a secure environment during restaurant hours and overnight.

Key Responsibilities:

�� Monitor surveillance cameras in real-time to detect suspicious behaviour or security risks, including theft, vandalism, or any other irregular activities.

�� Report any observed suspicious activity, incidents, or safety hazards to restaurant management or security teams immediately.

�� Regularly check camera coverage to ensure no blind spots and reposition cameras if needed.

�� Maintain detailed logs of surveillance activities, including incidents, monitoring schedules, and equipment malfunctions.

�� Coordinate with security personnel to ensure quick response to any incidents.

�� Ensure a professional and discreet approach when monitoring customers and staff, respecting privacy while ensuring safety.

Qualifications:

�� High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in security, surveillance, or IT are a plus.

�� Experience in a similar role (surveillance, security, or hospitality industry) is preferred.

�� Familiarity with surveillance systems, cameras, and monitoring software.

�� Strong attention to detail, with the ability to notice unusual behaviour or incidents.

�� Ability to stay alert and focused, especially during evening or late-night hours.

Physical Requirements:

�� Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

�� Physically fit to endure long shifts.
