CAM Programming: Utilize specialized CAM software to generate machine instructions and slicing

parameters for 3D printing based on provided digital 3D models.

2. File Preparation: Prepare and optimize digital 3D files (STL, OBJ, etc.) for printing, including

scaling, positioning, and adding support structures as necessary.

3. Machine Setup: Set up the 3D printing machine, including loading the appropriate materials and

configuring printing parameters such as layer height, print speed, and temperature.

4. Printing Operation: Operate and monitor the 3D printing machine during the printing process,

ensuring proper functioning, and making adjustments when required.

5. Material Handling: Handle and maintain the inventory of 3D printing materials, including loading

and unloading filament spools or resin cartridges.

6. Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and perform basic quality checks on printed objects

to ensure they meet desired specifications and standards.

7. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the 3D printing process,

such as filament jams, layer adhesion problems, or print failures.

8. Maintenance and Calibration: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the 3D printing machine,

including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration, to ensure optimal performance.

9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of printing parameters, material usage, maintenance

activities, and any modifications made to the printing process.

10. Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to optimize 3D

printing processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

11. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for working with 3D printing

machines and materials, ensuring a safe working environment.
