Job Description:
Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
Explain the customers about the properties.
Develop Trueman as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
Build a good working relationship with Clients.
Maintain and Develop relationships with partners in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis
Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller.
Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
Developing strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment.
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
Markets go-getter and trend setter.
Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organization culture.
