Job Summary

Ratsel International is seeking energetic and motivated **female freshers** to join our team as **Telecallers** for onsite positions at our Mindspace office. The role involves engaging with clients and customers based in Canada. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

### **Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers in Canada.

- Manage incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.

- Build positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and resolving any concerns.

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the system.

- Collaborate with the team to meet daily/weekly targets.

- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality.

### **Required Skills**:

- **Excellent communication skills** in English (verbal and written).

- Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office tools.

- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

- Ability to work in **Canada shifts (night shifts)**.

- Enthusiastic and driven with a positive attitude.

### **Qualifications**:

- Educational qualification: Minimum 12th pass or pursuing graduation.

- Fresher candidates preferred.
