Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce our IT solutions and services.

Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads.

Provide detailed information about our IT products and services, addressing client queries effectively.

Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the IT sales team.

Maintain and update accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies.

Stay informed about our IT offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

What Were Looking For:

Excellent communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.

Strong understanding of IT products and services, or a willingness to quickly learn.

Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:
