Role Brief: We are looking for intelligent and engaging call centre agents for our captive campaign of US travel. So, if you are an excellent in English communication and love learning about new technology then come work for us and get paid to do meaningful and exciting work.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide support and resolving ticketing issues via phone.
Build credibility and trust with the customers by empathizing with their problem in words, proactively understanding their needs and responding promptly thereby obtaining high quality services and convincing them for upgrading plans.
Leverage your experience to provide feedback to the team on how to improve our services
Drive customer communication during critical events.
Candidate Preference:
Min. years of Inbound/Outbound experience through phone. Experience in the travel sales would be an asset
Excellent oral communication skills is a must.
Customer care experience with strong customer focus
Excellent team player with experience and passion for earning incentives.
Strong multi-tasking skills
Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis
