JOB DESCRIPTION

A US Based Lead Generation Firm, looking for the candidates who are interested to work for International Non-Voice Process. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Required good listening skills to understand US accent.

• Manage inbound/Outbound calls

• Handling the calls with automatic dialer with pre-recorded audios

• Ability to understand US consumer words and take opt-in and generate the leads

• Make sure to reach weekly/Monthly target given by the company

• Coordinate with management and follow the script followed by management
