Responsibilities
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Following call centre scripts when handling different topics
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Update customer information in the customer Sales & Service database during the call
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Ensuring timely and professional responses to all Enquiry, Complaints, Requests and Queries received.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
Work with Sales Team and Service manager to ensure proper the action has been taken for that call.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Salary may be varied around 15 to 20K based on the candidate experience
Working hours for Customer support executive are generally 10am to
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience as a Call Centre executive or relevant role
A deep knowledge of the operations of a Call centre department in an organisation
Good understanding of the current market position of the product to which the customer support service is provided.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Manage organize and implement according to management needs
Graduation with computer skills mandatory.
English, Tamil and Hindi speaking is mandatory
Other languages will be an added advantage
