Call Centre Executive

Job Description

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and service using scripts

- Good Knowledge about the Locations in Pune/ Pimpri chinchwad is preferable

- Answer questions about Projects or the company

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to Relationship Managers to close sales

- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

- Enter and update customer information in the database

- Take and Process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner

- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

- A huge incentive will be there on good performance

- As this is into the Real estate industry there will be no govt. holidays will be given. Extra Payment will be added in your Salary account
