Brief of skill sets required :

? Minimum 6 months voice call center experience

? HSC/PUC/+2/10+3 years diploma pass mandatory

? Graduate preffered

? High understanding of smart phones and mobile apps

? Good basic litertacy & internet navigation

? Excellent communication skills in hindi +regional language (in case of south hindi & telugu)

Additional skills required :

? Comprehend/ Translate from English to regional language (south-Telugu,Kannada,Tamil,Malayalam,& hindi)

? Willing to work 24/7 rational shift environment

? 6 days a week working

? Willing to work permanently on a work from home basis
