Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to lead dynamic training sessions for our Call Center Sales Executive candidates. The role focuses on preparing candidates to engage with Australian clients, with a strong emphasis on English proficiency and computer skills.

Key responsibilities include conducting engaging training sessions to equip candidates for inbound and outbound sales calls, emphasizing upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals. You will also develop training on accent-neutral English, communication skills, and customer service excellence. Additionally, you’ll train candidates on using CRM systems, data entry, and other essential tools for call center operations. Simulated role-plays and real-time scenarios will be used to prepare candidates for live calls.

You will provide ongoing support to trainees, track their progress, and offer constructive feedback to improve performance. Regular evaluation will ensure candidates are prepared for success.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum of [X] years’ experience in call center operations or training, preferably with international clients. Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, is essential, along with a clear accent for effective communication. A solid understanding of call center software, CRM tools, and sales techniques tailored for Australian customers is also required.
