Responsibilities:
Conduct Classes: Prepare and deliver comprehensive CAT exam preparation classes, covering all sections of the exam (Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, and Decision Making).
Assess Student Needs: Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess students' strengths and areas for improvement.
Monitor Progress: Track students' progress and provide regular feedback, support, and encouragement.
Develop Study Plans: Create personalized study plans tailored to each student's needs and learning pace.
Organize Workshops: Facilitate workshops, seminars, and group study sessions to enhance students' understanding and exam readiness.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest CAT exam patterns, syllabus changes, and best preparation strategies.
Collaborate: Work closely with other trainers and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably with a strong academic record).
Experience: Prior experience in teaching or training, especially in competitive exam preparation.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
