A leading Gurgaon based BPO /ITES company hiring Executives for its UK bound client in banking & finance Industry.

Shift Timings: UK Shifts ( PM to 12 AM Sunday fixed Off)

.Responsibility of handling outbound calls exposure to Debts Management / Banking loan/Debt Consolidation with flair for sales on Digital platform

. Freshers & Experienced executives from Debt Management / Banking loan/Personal loans /Insurance /Business Loan Background.

• Experience in generating the leads via outbound calls

• Job involves calling people in the UK to pitch the Debt Management Plan.

• Explain about Debt Management Plan by understanding the need of the customer & generate and convert the leads into Sales.

• Energetic and dynamic individuals who can work in the night shift and are driven to achieve sales goals.

• Follow up calls for the customer in pipeline.

• Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

• Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.

• Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.

• Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English

language
