1) Addressing Inbound Queries from Suppliers Regarding Listing, Product Enquiries & other Transaction Related Issues in a Polite Way and Registration

2) Polling of Data Related to Query from Database

3) Management & Resolve Queries

4) Escalation to Higher Levels, in Case Query is Not Addressed

5) Route Calls, in Case Required, to Responsible Agency.

6) Document all Call Information According to Standard Operating Procedure 7) Recognize, Document, and Alert the Management Team On Trend of Calls 8) Follow Up Calls Where Necessary
